4 levels of booking status to reserve equipment -
Quote, Light pencil, Heavy Pencil, Reserved.

Preparation Time

Allows equipment to be reserved while it is being prepped in the warehouse. Generally used for large jobs that require equipment to be prepared days or weeks in advance.

De-preparation time

Allows equipment to be reserved while it is being de-prepped in the warehouse,
for example for cleaning and testing.

Quick turnaround

Set a quick turnaround to resolve shortages by scheduling an early pickup or reduced de-prep time.

Manage reservations

In conjunction with First-come, first-served, sequence the reservation date and time for a line item or booking.

Accessories and optional components

Prompts for accessories and optional components when products are selected. Ensures all required components and options are selected.

Product Alternatives

Allows operators to select alternative equipment when there is an anticipated shortage.

Multiple Breakouts
Allows equipment and crew to be split into separate breakouts (Headings) for events. Commonly used for different times/dates over a multi-day event. Rental equipment can be reserved individually for each break out date and time.

Maintenance

Record maintenance issues against assets, along with cost and other details. Schedule down time.

Freight

Calculate delivery and pickup costs based on selected vehicle or freight company, zone and weight or just enter an override figure.

Deliveries and pickups

Empower you drivers with a web application showing the deliveries and return pickups, collect signatures on delivery.

Interactive Day Book

Displays scheduled jobs that are leaving and returning to the warehouse.
